PlanetHotels Mallorca is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is strictly prohibited in public areas (bar, restaurant, lobby, and pool) as well as in the rooms. In case of non-compliance, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee (starting from €50.00) for general cleaning. Additional charges may apply for damages or for being forced to deny a future booking.
The maximum weight allowed in the elevator is 350 kg, equivalent to a maximum of 4 people. In case of intentional misuse, damage costs may apply.
Pets are not allowed.
Outside food and drinks are not allowed in public areas (bar, restaurant, lobby, and pool).
We kindly ask all guests to wear appropriate clothing in public areas.
For safety reasons, bringing glass bottles and/or glasses into the room is prohibited.
Visitors of our guests who are not registered in the hotel will only be allowed to enter upon prior notice at reception.
In addition to the towels provided in your room upon arrival, more can be requested at reception (deposit €5.00).
In case of loss of hotel linen items, we will charge €5.00 per piece.
To avoid clogging the pipes, please do not throw anything other than toilet paper into the toilet. We reserve the right to charge for resulting damage.
All rooms are equipped with a built-in safe for free use. The hotel is not responsible for the loss of valuables.
For the well-being of all guests, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum in the rooms and hallways after 11:00 p.m.
In case of intentional damage to hotel property or rooms, we reserve the right to charge the responsible guest for the damage.
A report will be filed in case of material damage, personal injury, or theft.
Guests who disturb others due to alcohol or drug use will be asked to leave the premises.
The possession of drugs and weapons is strictly prohibited. In such cases, the appropriate authorities will be notified.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in the termination of the accommodation contract. No refund will be issued.
